C The Promoters of the company are in engineering industry since 3 Decades 
         and have pioneered light textile machine manufacture in Kolhapur area.
 
C Incorporated in March 1993, mainly started for small machine manufacture,          further, auto component manufacturing was added to the mainstream          activities.
 
C The company currently is supplying machined components in "shipped to  
         use" condition directly to assembly lines of TVS SUZUKI and TATA Indica.
 
C The Company has won 1995 Panchganga Award from Dr.Haldikar Science 
         Foundation, Kolhapur, for its product ANGEL NEBULISER.  
         The Company is the first Nebuliser manufacture in India.
 
C The Company has won 1997 Udyog Shree Award from Ichalkaranji Engg.         Association for excellence in machining.
 
C The Company started its own Non-ferrous Foundry for producing quality 
        Aluminium Gravity Diecast (Permanent Mould) components in April 1999.
